Sort by deadline/start date/status WITHIN custom sort in projects
We organise most of our projects by custom categories so that we can group similar types of work together or chunk tasks into sensible work packages. This is really helpful for our workflow. However, I'd also really like to be able to sort by deadline, start date or status within a given custom group. At the moment, I can only sort by EITHER custom OR deadline/start date/status not a combination of the two. I'd love to keep the custom sort as default but then be able to see the tasks within that custom category sorted by deadline, start date or status, as this would enable me to keep the view on planned work packages but see what is coming up next in each category.
Ability to search & retrieve archived projects
You can no longer search across/for archived projects, and there's a (now smaller) limit to how far back you can scroll through the list of them. Our work involves projects that can become active again after a long period of time, so it's useful to be able to properly unarchive the old project instead of having to create a new duplicate project that's missing the notes/task history.
Unable to remove a member from a team
Some of team members in a team need to be removed when their role change however we can't remove them.
Markdown mode has excessive margin for each line
I'm trying to add preformatted code blocks in markdown mode and Flow adds excessive margin for each line.
Drag and drop multiple items in kanban view
since the feature request to bring back the done section has been closed: https://flow.canny.io/features/p/return-done-sections-back -- there needs to be another way to move multiple items to another column like the done column but really to any column
Show most recently completed tasks when showing completed tasks only in My Tasks
I can't seem to see how I reference what I've actually ticked off today. I changed the filter to 'completed tasks only' - and got a long list starting from when I first started using Flow. Pretty useless. I then tried to change the order of the tasks but there is no option to order by when they were ticked off. I then when to the side bar to see if I could find a relevant view - no luck. I then looked at 'Home' to see if it would reference what I'd done today. Eventually, just now as I write this I came across the list I've ticked off in 'Calendar' as it was the last thing left to click on. So, summary... I don't feel like the 'Completed tasks' view in 'My tasks' is really working and I can't actually see how it would be useful. Really Flow should also be helping me keep track of what I've actually achieved and when, as well as what I still need to do. Open to how you do this - but it does need work!
Allow Task Assignment to Non-Team Members
We work across multiple teams. I have tasks that I collaborate with another team member from a different team. I want to be able to assign a subtask to him, without him actually being a part of my team. This way team members across teams can work collaboratively, without having to be on the same team.
